Visiting hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the exception of the Critical Care Unit (CCU). Visiting hours for CCU patients are posted outside the unit.

An information desk is located in the front lobby of the hospital. During the hours it is not staffed, an in- house telephone is located on the desk and available to visitors seeking information.

The hospital cafeteria is located off the front lobby at the entrance to the hospital. Lunch is the only served meal and is available between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Snack and drink machines are located inside the cafeteria and off the Main hall next to the chapel, and are accessible 24 hours.
