On-line Pre-registration Now Available at Volunteer Community Hospital

Martin, TN (June 10, 2009) - In an effort to better serve our patients and provide faster and easier service to our local healthcare community, Volunteer Community Hospital has added an on-line registration option.  We understand that your time is valuable.  The on-line registration option will help us speed up the registration process by allowing you to pre-register in advance of your service date.

For your convenience, you may pre-register by visiting the hospital website at www.volunteercommunityhospital.com  and completing our online registration form at least 3 business days in advance of your requested procedure date. Your information will be sent directly to our facility in a secure format. Online pre-registration is available for all inpatient and outpatient services, including diagnostic testing.  On-line pre-registration is intended to shorten your wait time once you have arrived at VCH.

For billing accuracy, please remember to bring your insurance card and a photo ID with you on the day of your appointment. All co-payments, deductibles and patient responsibilities are due at the time of service. Your insurance coverage and benefits will be verified in advance of calculating your responsibility.
