
The Wellness Center at Volunteer Community Hospital is a modern-day, 11,500 square foot facility, which offers community health activities designed to enhance healthy lifestyles. Individual and family memberships are offered at affordable rates. Several education and rehabilitation programs are facilitated at the Wellness Center and available through physician referral. Occupational health services for business and industry are also offered.
The Wellness Center is staffed by well-trained, certified professionals, who are dedicated to helping people improve and maintain their most important asset… good health.
Levels of membership in the Wellness Center are categorized as individual, individual and spouse, and family. There are several different rate structures for all levels of membership including community, corporate, senior citizen, Senior Circle, and employee rates. An enrollment fee is charged which includes fitness testing.
Membership includes use of all equipment, aerobics classes, and walking. Fitness testing is provided twice annually at no additional charge. Those wishing only to walk or participate in aerobics classes may do so for a nominal charge.

The Wellness Center is open Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., Friday from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until Noon, and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. For additional information call (731) 587-4470.
